Mission Villas Senior Apartments, Rubidoux
The County
of Riverside provided
HOME funds for the development of a 54-unit multi-family senior housing project
in the unincorporated community of Rubidoux. The project is comprised of
primarily one bedroom units to provide a continuum of care for seniors. Other
funding included a HUD Section 202 funding and a County of Riverside
Redevelopment Agency Grant. The project completed
in 1998 and the total development cost for the project was $4,839,200. The
affordability period is for 20 years.
