The Financial Assistance Center provides support, acting as a one stop resource center, to the Riverside County based farmers, manufacturers, providers of export goods and services, and from time to time or on an as needed basis provides domestic financial guidance to municipal agencies and not for profits. EDA and The Office of Foreign Trade is authorized to enter into agreements with federal and state agencies or departments including but not limited to the United States Department of Agriculture, The California State Pollution Control Financing Authority, United States Development Finance institution known as Overseas Private Investment Corporation, Small Business Administration, and or other financial institutions that support export financing, underwriting, or loan insurance.

The Riverside County Finance Assistance Center (RCFAC) provides consulting services on aspects of Export Finance for Riverside County exporters.

Seminars and Training:
The Riverside County Finance Assistance Center (RCFAC) regularly conducts Export Finance Seminars in partnership with the Small Business Administration, Federal and State Financial Institutions and local and International trade development organizations. We are an educational resource for financial Institutions specifically for Export & Import Bank’s “Working Capital Guarantee Program”, “Medium-term Guarantee Program” and Export Credit Insurance.

RCFAC works closely with and collaboratively with local banks, helping to educate them with Export Import Bank programs, educate and train their customers and act as a liaison to Ex-Im Bank.

RCFAC is a County partner with the U.S. Export-Import Bank
RCFAC is a close partner with Federal and State partners that provide non-finance related export assistance including the U.S. Department of Commerce Export Assistance Center and the Riverside County State Department of Commerce, both of which maintain overseas offices dedicated to assisting U.S. exporters in key foreign markets.

RCFAC works closely with Insurance Brokers which underwrite both Ex-Im and Private Credit Insurer policies.
