FTHB Lender Training

The next training sessions for loan officers to become approved/renew to originate and submit applications for the RivCo HWS Fiscal Year approval period of July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2026, has been scheduled; and registrations are being accepted beginning January 20, 2023 and later.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
All loan officers who want to participate with the HOME First Time Home Buyer (FTHB) program and/or the PLHA First Time Home Buyer (PLHA) program for RivCo HWS fiscal period 2023-2026 must attend one of the scheduled training sessions listed below. Loan officer support staff such as loan officer assistants, processors and underwriters are strongly encouraged to attend as well, for informational purposes only.  The training fee applies to each registered email address/phone # entry.

** NOTE**: The training will be for the loan officer certification for a 3-year period from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2026.

Registration will be accepted on a first come first served basis and will be completed on our HWS Eventbrite site at:

TRAINING FEE?
A $50.00 training fee per email registered per class is due at the time of the on-line registration for each training session.  An Eventbrite processing fee of $5.09 will be charged in addition to the training fee. Payment can be made by PayPal or by credit card only. Confirmation for the registration will be emailed to each attendee from Eventbrite and a virtual seat will be reserved at the training.   Training fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Please try to arrive and wait in the virtual lobby within 10 minutes prior to the training start time.  Virtual doors will close 15 minutes past training start time and late arrivals will not be admitted.

To get  credit for the training, loan officer emails and phone #s used in purchasing/registering/attending are used to help verify and certify attendance, so loan officers will want to register and sign in with their own separate dedicated phone #s and email addresses.  Additionally, each attendee must sign in and stay until the end of the training session.
