Development Opportunities

Because of its location, the project area offers two primary development opportunities. The first is at the southwest corner of Washington Avenue and 42nd Avenue. Revitalization here would include expansion onto presently unused pads.

The second development opportunity lies on sites located easterly of Washington Avenue suitable for residential development.
