Development Opportunities

There are two significant development areas in the Romoland community. One is west of Sherman and includes properties fronting State Highway 74 just east of Interstate 215. This area is suitable for approximately 20-30 acres of commercial development.

The second development area is located southerly of Highway 74 and easterly of Antelope Road and is suitable for industrial development. This area includes several parcels totaling approximately 340 acres of land with substantial frontage on Highway 74. These sites are flat, well located and ready for development.
