Online Trainings

The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) On-Line Presentation is intended for the County’s CDBG sub-recipients as well as other interested persons. It covers the same items as the in-classroom training. The presentation provides a very basic understanding of the CDBG program and a more detailed discussion of compliance with applicable CDBG rules and regulations such a National Objectives, conflict of interest, procurement, record keeping, and more.

PLEASE NOTE: The County will not issue the Notice to Incur Cost Letter for your CDBG-funded activity until the following CDBG Questionnaire and Acknowledgment Quiz is submitted. Please complete, print, and mail the following quiz to:

The Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) On-Line Presentation is intended for the County’s ESG Sub-recipients as well as other interested persons. It covers the same items as the in-classroom training. The presentation provides a very basic understanding of the ESG program, the HEARTH Act, and a more detailed discussion of compliance with applicable ESG rules and regulations such as eligible activities, homelessness definitions, HMIS, procurement, record keeping, and more.
