Development Opportunities

The western portion of the project area is suitable for approximately 100 acres of industrial development. This land has been annexed to the city of Corona and has been designated for industrial uses. Remaining industrial sites include existing infrastructure improvements ready for development.

The easterly portion of the project area is comprised of numerous, small parcels. Opportunities exist for site assembly and small-scale (three to four acre) commercial development in this area. This portion also offers opportunities for rehabilitation of existing commercial uses.
