Development Opportunities

This large project area that is within a community of over 80,000 people has many opportunities for residential, commercial and industrial development. 

The northwest region of the project area is dominated by large warehouse distribution facilities.  There are opportunities for smaller industrial business park facilities throughout the project area.  Heavy industrial uses may locate within the Aqua Mansa region of the project area north of the State Route 60 off of Rubidoux Boulevard and Market Street. 

Opportunities exist throughout the project area for site assembly and infill development of small and large-scale commercial development, mixed use development and high quality affordable housing developments.  There are also many opportunities for rehabilitation of existing commercial and residential properties.
