Development Opportunities

The Mead Valley community presents major opportunities for commercial and industrial development along the Interstate 215 Freeway. A total of 500-600 acres of land in various parcel sizes are available in this area. Many of these parcels could be improved with little or no site preparation and are available for immediate development.

There is also a significant opportunity for residential development in the western portion of the project area. Further, as residential development intensifies in the Mead Valley area, and as Cajalco Road is upgraded to an expressway, there will be opportunities for neighborhood commercial development.
