Development Opportunities

Due to its proximity to Highway 111 and to recreational attractions on the Salton Sea, the North Shore Community Sub-Area provides good opportunities for tourist commercial uses, including revitalization of the marina. Other opportunities include rehabilitation of the existing residential and commercial uses in the project area.
