Development Opportunities

Some commercial possibilities exist in the core of this community. There are also some industrial opportunities along the railroad tracks that traverse the northern portion of the area. There are additional possibilities for new construction on the vacant parcels along Highway 79 and for rehabilitation of existing housing throughout the project area. Development sites of varying size are now available for development.
